Born and raised in Mexico City, María Dolores discovers her love and admiration for the authentic Mexican cuisine with a little help from her father.
As a tourist guide’s daughter, she travels around the whole country, and thus gets to know the typical dishes of every region in Mexico.

Just like her father, she acts as an intermediary, taking the real Mexican taste to the rest of the world.

1995 marks the beginning of María Dolores producing her salsas in Switzerland, where she had been living with her husband and children since 1986. Her passionate love of cooking and her longing for Mexican food induce her to launch her own salsas María Dolores . In 2005, after nearly a decade, she makes her dream come true and relocates production to Mexico.
