The mildest of all salsas María Dolores is a classic element of Mexican cuisine.
Despite the basic hotness obligatory to a Mexican salsa, this is a treat for everybody’s taste buds. Prepared with tomatoes, onions, green chilli, cilantro, garlic, vegetable oil and salt; gently pasteurised in the end, this salsa, with its fresh and light taste, is delicious as a dip straight from the jar. Heat it briefly, and you get a tasty accompaniment to meat, fish, or vegetable dishes.

Available in jars of 1000g as a fine compliment and inspiration for catering.
