2 ripe avocados
3 tomatoes
1 onion
½ jar (110g / 4 oz.) Salsa Roja oder Salsa Chipotle María Dolores
Salt
1. Chop onion.
2. Chop tomatoes into small pieces.
3. Cut avocado in half, peel and remove pit. Crush in a bowl with a fork.
4. Add tomatoes, onions and either Salsa Roja or Salsa Chipotle María Dolores to the bowl. Stir well.
5. Season to taste with salt. Serve with Tortillas Chips María Dolores or as a side dish with meat or rice.
Do not throw the pits away. Put them into the guacamole to prevent it from going brown.
